1. Development of a Shipping Carrier Dashboard for the internal Logistics Team
→ Improved transparency of carrier performance metrics, enabling data-driven carrier negotiations and the implementation of corrective measures (e.g. pre-sorting) to measurably enhance delivery performance
2. dbt model restructuring and clean-up of 20+ models
→ Reduce dbt model complexity and interdependencies, improving maintainability, execution performance, and overall pipeline reliability
3. GA4 data-based Dashboard migration from Looker Studio to Tableau
→ Conduct detailed analysis of GA4 field usage and redesign the data layer in dbt to provide performant, Tableau-ready data sources
TASKS:
- Designed and implemented a ZIP-code-to-region and shipping carrier distribution center mapping, enabling geospatial performance visualization and network analysis
- Conduct an in-depth analysis of existing dbt models and dependencies, refactoring the model layer by removing redundant models, reworking existing ones, and introducing new models where required
- Deliver analytics on high-volume datasets across core business domains, processing millions of records from Order, Sales, Product, and Marketing systems

Complete the implementation of a comprehensive 50+ KPI reporting landscape within just four months
→ Delivered a fully operational reporting framework covering 600K+ customers and their card transactional data by the beginning of Q4 2024
→ Achieved successful validation and approval by all internal and external stakeholders
→ Secured the bank’s contractual guarantee agreements
TASKS:
- Effectively managed internal and external key stakeholders to gather, document, and oversee all KPI requirements
- Translated 50+ KPI specifications into SQL code, ensuring readiness for testing and seamless report integration
- Processed over 600K customer records and 1.7M+ card transaction data points using Snowflake
- Developed dbt models to integrate the reporting framework into the internal data infrastructure, enabling a fully automated monthly process
